Shipping, Forklift Driver: Required to certified per OSHA standards and operate forklift in a safe manner at all times. Pick orders and check for accuracy, load trucks, and complete proper paperwork. Restock as needed. Must pass Forklift Driving Certification class.

Seed, Grain Runner: Oversees the complete process of moving grain from the 3rd floor bin field to the 2nd floor bin field. Operates control panels and VFDM’s for moving and mixing grains, and ensuring grains are moved to the correct location for storage and production on main line and eagle line. Responsible for turning on indoor grain moving/mixing system at the beginning of shift and shutting down those same systems at the conclusion of each shift. Keeps inventory of 2nd floor bins, eagle storage bins, exterior oil reservoir, and other components used in products.

DC2-Special Project Packer : Prepare labels, sorts, counts, and packs product; Assemble various types of boxes; perform other duties as assigned.

Packaging: Package or count product with specifications from lead, supervisor, or quality manual. Sticker product with specifications from lead, supervisor, or quality manual; Maintain packaging quality by comparing product and package to specifications; Make boxes by folding and taping according to specifications; Label boxes per specifications from lead, supervisor or quality manual.

Ovens Operator: Load and unload ovens as needed. Stow racks, equipment and containers safely and neatly; Perform sanitation duties as directed; Responsible for keeping aisles clear of products at all times as well as fire exits, extinguishers, and doorways.

Processor: Identify raw material quality; thaw and place bones, ears, or strips on tray; cut bones, ears, and ham; follow food safety guidelines; maintain safety standards at all times

Quality Line Tech: Do hourly product checks for each packaging line. Inspecting per schedule. Can include counting, measuring, weighing, checking pallet/box/product labels, inspecting wrap, checking to ensure that the items listed on the Bill of Materials is what is being used. Verify metal detectors and scales; Complete hourly customer checks of product as required and document.

Forklift Operator: Required to be certified per OSHA standards and operate forklift in a safe manner at all time. Responsible for the movement of unfinished product, and for moving product out of treats in a timely fashion. Must pass Forklift Driving Certification class.
